Private Investigator Suffolk County Nassau Long Island - Surveillance Conditions

OK. Huge debate going on here. Regarding light and weather conditions, some of us feel night time or dark surveillance is easiest for covert reasons. Others feel daytime is better, particularly for side streets. I agree. Both have there positive and negative.
Surveillance in the darkness on side streets can be a killer. Any experienced surveillance investigator understands that. Daytime is easier, generally. But daytime with rain is, in my opinion, the best situation for being undetected. Without explaining why, I will say that if you have done surveillance in these conditions, you know exactly what I mean!
