No Minimum Retainer Fee!

Unlike some other agencies who demand a "required, non refundable minimum retainer" of upwards of twenty or even more hours of investigation, Long Island Investigations does not have that policy! So why pay for so much when you need only a few hours?
Long Island Investigations has a client friendly policy in regards to minimum retainer fees. We do not have a minimum retainer/hours fee for surveillance type cases (cheating spouse and insurance or workers compensation type cases). Each individual case will be reviewed along with the client's input to determine the true hours needed to launch a case. Each case will be customized to be efficient and cost effective, yet remain within budget. Therefor, you pay for only the hours you need.
In keeping up with numerous client requests, we have listened intently and acted accordingly.
