Long Island Investigations is a Suffolk County and Long Nassau County Long Island based private investigator, licensed by the NYS Dept. of State, Licensing Services. We are licensed and bonded, as required by the state. Further, we are fully insured as required by the insurance industry in order to conduct fraud investigations for them.
We specialize in matrimonial type cases such as infidelity and child care/custody issues, as well as life style documentation.
We also specialize in insurance cases, particularly fraud cases, and perform investigations for both large insurance companies and the general public.
We investigate, video/photo/written documentation of cheating spouses/boyfriend/girlfriend/etc and conduct pre-marital investigations.
Over exaggerated injury claims are very common and we investigate and document incidents of this nature, prepare the evidence, maintain the chain of custody and introduce the evidence for court proceedings.
We also employ staff from the NYPD Crime Scene Unit who specialize in accident reconstruction.
Further, we conduct worker's compensation cases investigating fraud in that area also.
